It is suitable for batch processing or automated dispensing. With different colors for better distinction, part A and part B are dark grey and cream white, respectively. It is applicable to bulk pouring with excellent electronically performance. It is applicable to sealing, bonding and coating for electronic parts. It can be cured in a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume either at room temperature or elevated temperature for faster processing. |
