Sodium ligno sulphonate is a kind of natural anionic surfactant of high molecular polymer, which is rich in sulfo group and carboxyl and has better water-solubility, surfactivity and dispersion force, made by a process of filtration, inspissation, chemical modification and spray drying with woord as raw material. Sodium ligno sulphonate is widely used in various concrete projects, such as the prilling of concrete admixture, intensifer, suspending agent, dispersant, bulking agent, stabilizing agent, breeze, fertilizer, feedstuff, and foundry of sand mould, performance. (1)Water reducing agent of concrete Sodium ligno sulphonate can reduce more than 8% water consumption, improve the workability and water of concrete, reduce the initial heat of hydration of cement. (2)Additive of coal water slurryIf you add sodium ligno sulphonate in the process of producing coal water slurry, it can increase the output of the mill, maintain the normallization of the system, reduce the power consumption, and improve the thickness of coal water slurry.
