Soft bulk additives EE-66 is special silicone mixture, designed to improve soft, bulky feel of finishing fabric. Especially it is suitable for variety of finishing sweater style.
Features and Benefits ☆ Excellent effect for improving finished fabric softening bulky feel; ☆ Certain amount of increase in depth effect for fabric. ☆ Good compatibility, use in conjunction with variety of ionic softeners; ☆ Excellent soft, delicate style of gentrification for finishing fabric. ☆ Excellent permeability, and uniformly adsorb on inside of fiber surface, form soft, flexible transparent film. Basic traits Appearance: milky white liquid Solid content: 66% Ion: nonionic pH: 6.0 - 7.0 (1% solution) Solubility: miscible with water in any proportion Applications Various fiber knitted, woven fabric, non-woven felt leavening feel finishing; Reference usage This product use to improve soft feel of fabric, and wool, mercerized smoothing agent mixed use, enhance finished fabric grade. Suggested formula: Dissolved: It is recommended direct dilution use, after dilution should use as soon as possible Dosage: Padding: Recommended 10 - 40g/l, depends on fabric and applications. Fiberfill Finishing: recommended 0.2% - 0.8% containing silicon Packing 200kg plastic barrels. Storage Cool and ventilated warehouse, storage period is 12 months; winter should prevent frozen. |
