Super soft olein KC-102 is the most promising new generation varieties of cationic softener, biodegradable, non-toxic and non-stimulus, health and safety, is a world-recognized green product. The product is of higher fatty acid synthesis of cationic compounds, are concentrated hydrophilic softener, double alkyl quaternary ammonium salts (D1821) and part of the film, silicone oil can be replaced in a variety of fields, and are widely used in a variety of soft fiber finishing.
Physical and chemical properties: Appearance (20 ℃): white paste PH value (5% aqueous solution): 4 to 6 Chroma (Gar): <3 Product Features: Good low temperature water-soluble, soft and smooth, antistatic properties, wettability and compatibility, low foaming. Lightest yellowing may, at their discretion, apply the bleach fabrics and light-colored fabric softening. Can be equipped with different concentrations of 0.5 to 30% of the product is stored, not hierarchical. May be used alone may also be equipped with the silicone oil, etc. Usage: Finishing of dye-works cotton, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic fiber yarn and fabric.wash cloth, sweaters and other soft finish of washing plant. Feeding method: Chemical materials in cold water: add slowly super soft olein KC-102 as weight ratio 5 to 10%, into cold water above 15 °C, and keep stirring, until super soft olein KC-102 addition complete. Stir until homogeneous emulsion, no solid bar filter. Hot chemical materials: add slowly super soft olein KC-102 as weight ratio 5 to 10%, into a normal temperature to 50 °C water, stirring for 20-30 minutes until homogeneous slurry standby. Method of application: Impregnation method: 1-3% (owf) 30-45 ℃ × 15-30min (Reference) Rolling method: 10-30g/L with liquid rate of 60-80% --- 100 ℃ drying (Reference) Package Storage: Packing: 120kg plastic drum. Storage: Store in a cool place, storage period is 1 year. |
