2.Characteristics of Sorbitol:
1)With refreshing sweetness,60% sweetness of sucralose, low calorific value
2)With good moisture absorption,it's used in food to prevent food drying and aging, extend product shelf life.
3)As non-volatile sugar polyol,it can keep food aroma.

3) Chemical industry: humectant for toothpaste, anti dry reagent for cosmetic, surface active agent.

6. Storage of Sorbitol:
