- Special material valve (w/strainer, w/glass) on the basis of bar material or forging - Tailor-made on request Engineering design: -To offer detail drawing for customer approval CAD/CAM Production Model: - Each component is made by CNC to minimize human errors in the process of each part - Production from bar material or forging to ensure quality and delivery NO CASTING Materials: Titanium Materials: GR 2, GR5, GR7 Nickel alloy (Hastelloy® , Incoloy® , Inconel® , Monel® , Alloy 20, ) Zirconium (702/705) (Super) Duplex 347, 321, 310, etc. Nickel-Al Bronze Ball Valve Specification: Floating/TM ball Soft/metal seat Handle/actuator operation Size: 0.5" - 12" Pressure rate: 4500 lbs End connection: BW, SW, THR, HUB etc. Inspections: 100% hydraulic test 100% UT LPE/X-ray/PT/MT is available upon request. |
