Payment Method: TT The R&S FSP, a general-purpose spectrum analyzer, incorporates proven technology with all-new hardware design to enable revolutionary performance, reliability and ease of service. The new FSP Spectrum Analyzer family from Rohde & Schwarz is outstanding for its innovative measurement functions. The unique RMS detector correctly measures power independent of the signal type, e.g. CDMA. The R&S FSP is the first spectrum analyzer to provide the CCDF (complementary cumulative distribution function). The built-in quasi-peak detector enables the analysis of impulse interference spectra in commercial EMI applications. Instead of a long range of options, FSP offers as standard all the functions and interfaces you may expect from a spectrum analyzer of the 3rd millenium: For example the largest display in its class with brilliant colours. The FSP offers resolution bandwidths from 1 Hz to 10 MHz and combines a great variety of application areas into one box. Small resolution bandwidths down to 1 Hz allow phase noise measurements close to the carrier. The spectrum analyzer features highly selective digital filters (FIR) and FFT and a gated sweep function with external and IF trigger, which allows for time selective spectrum analysis of bursted signals (e.g. TDMA systems). The R&S FSP comes with a standard GPIB Interface (IEEE 488.2) using the modern SCPI-compatible command set (Conform to 1997.0). Results can be directly printed on any printer supported by Windows NT respectively saved in PC compatible formats (WMF, EMF, BMP) on floppy or hard disk. The split screen mode of the FSP allows fast and accurate spurious measurements with a wide dynamic range using completely independent instrument settings for both screens. The upper screen shows the fundamental of the signal with a large analog resolution bandwidth and high reference level. The center frequency of the lower screen is set to the second harmonic and the resolution bandwidth is only 10 Hz to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio. |
