Sulfomethyl Phenol Formaldehyde Resin for drilling fluid, with molecular weight of 104, is capable to bear temperature change in dehydration. It has no flocculability to clay grain, but has strong capability of hydrophile and saltingout resistance. In addition, it can improve the unctuosity of the filter cake and stabilize the mouth of the well.
