SF6 Appearance:Sulfur hexafluoride SF6 is gaseous substance under normal conditions,and it will be high-pressure liquid in steel cylinder,SF6 is colorless, odorless, nontoxic, nonflammable and noncorrosive.
Property:SF6 has excellent chemical stability and thermal stability, good electric insulation property and excellent arc extinguishing property.
Applications:
SF6 is mainly used in power industries, metallurgy industries,meteorology industries and so on.
At present,SF6 is widely used in circuit breaker, electric allocating system ,transformer,arrester, capacitor,mutual inductor,particle accelerator,tracer for atmospheric diffusion testing ,refrigerants ,Anti-oxidants for smelting Mg,Al ,and relevant alloy.
It also can be used as etchant in semiconductor industry,as fiber separation layer dopant in the process of manufacturing optical fiber,It is also a kind of important laser material in the application of laser.
Now,the product of FS6 has also been used in the field of aviation,spaceflight and medical treatment.
