Water insoluble.Soluble in sodium sulfide solution, show brown-yellow, partial dissolution in Sulfuric acid. Can get yellow sediment after diluted. Dyes’colour slightly change in kalinous rongalite solution. And fade in sodium hypochlorite solution. Turn dark orange in concentrated sulfuric acid.
