Item No.: SilibasePU-8618 Product Introduction: SilibasePU-8618 Surfactants for High Density Polyurethane Foam is a silicone polyether copolymer that has been designed to provide superior broad process latitude in all grades of conventional slabstock foam. Key Features and Benefits: ● Provides superior foam process latitude for the full range of conventional slabstock polyether foams on all types of foam production equipment. ● Yields the foam with good breathability profile for all formulation over a wide range of silicone and tine catalyst levels. ● Provides fine, even cell structure, thus imparts the foam with better handfeeling. ● Reduces density gradients in very tall buns. Typical Physical Properties: ● Parameter: Specification ● Appearance: Clear liquid ● Density @25℃: 1.03g/cm3 ● Viscosity @25℃: 500-900CST ● Flash Point（Pensky-Martens Closed Cup）: 98℃ Storage and Handling Procedure: SilibasePU-8618 Surfactants for High Density Polyurethane Foam should, if possible, be stored at temperature between 5 to 35℃.
