Ingredients: fluorocarbon compounds, cationic.
Using field: Suitable for synthetic fiber and cellulose, water and oil repellent finishing for fiber and blended fabric. Properties: - Milky dispersion - Under conditions of 20 °C, specific gravity is 1.03g/cm3 - Solid content is 33% - PH value is about 4.5 - Miscible in any ratio with water, it is best to use in soft water - Low sensitivity to textile residues (such as detergent, dyeing auxiliaries and alkali) - Does not require high curing temperature - It has excellent continuous processing performance, and good processing stability - Low dosage to give excellent waterproof effects and washable for chemical fiber fabric Applications: TF 301 can use alone or simultaneously use with other finishing agents to variety of waterproof oil repellent finish for fabric. Before adding TF 301, PH value of finishing solution should adjust as 0.5-1ml/l acetate (60%). In general, shear force resistance of perfluoro compound is very limited, therefore it should be possible to control flow of liquid. Such as high speed mixing, emulsion will produce demulsification, also produce milk yellow foam. Foam gather in surface of liquid must remove. To finishing fabric must be fully pre-treatment and no surfactant residue. The effect of water and oil repellency may be affected by finishing fabric residual impurities, such as fiber oil agent, slurry, surfactants, dyeing auxiliaries. Applicable siliceous finishing oil or softener also influential. We recommend first washing with 2g/l KST, neutralize with 1ml/l acetic acid (60%). TF 301, such as melamine cross linking agent is used in combination, bath stability decrease, can improve by the following, adding 5-10 g/l WEB Usage TF 301 can use padding method, foam and spray method process. According to requirements of fiber lamps and effect, dosage of padding method is 15-70g/l, finishing should adjust pH value to about 4 to 5. The recommended process as follows: Polyester cotton fabric 20-40 g/l TF 301 Mangle rate 60-80% Drying 110-130 ℃ Baking 150 ℃, 3min 170-180 ℃, 30-40s Nylon, polyester fabric 10-40 g/l TF 301 Mangle rate 60-80% Drying 110-130 ℃ Baking 150 ℃, 3min 170-180 ℃, 30-40s Choose good baking flood conditions to ensure fabric get fully baking. Infiltration problem If any penetration problems, we recommend adding three proofings dedicated penetrant 10-20 g/l FN to ensure good, even mangle rate, penetrant must add before other liquid compounds. TF 301 is compatible with many cationic finishing auxiliaries. Their applicability must be tested before use. Storage If long-term preservation below 0 ℃, this product will be solidified. After warm to 20-25 °C, product is able to re-use, without requiring additional measures. This product is very sensitive to heating, it must not be kept at temperature higher than 40 ℃. Otherwise, it may produce irreversible damage. If conditions are too warm to save, before use must do products performance test. |
