Product Features
The KC-838 is a silicone softener. Product technical specifications Appearance: milky white emulsion Solid content: 38% Ion: nonionic pH: about 5 Application Features KC-838 suitable for padding of variety of fibers and textile processing, finishing fabric has excellent oily, silky feel. Suitable for a wide range of fabric, such as cotton, wool, polyester fiber, viscose and mixed fabrics, excellent silky, oily effect, can be used for wool fiber and fabric. KC-838 has the effect of increase in the depth. KC-838 can use alone, can also use with other softeners, do compatibility test before using. Application Process Directly use after 1:1 dilution of water (economic formula), applies only to the process of padding, and is not recommended for the impregnation process. 10-20g/l KC-838 depending on the specific fabric and application, drying, styling 120-180 °C×3-0.5min. Typical formula Synthetic fibers, knitted and woven fabrics, padding process: 10-20 g/l KC-838 0.3 ml/l acetic acid (98%) Mangle rate about 70% Storage methods Avoid sunlight, ventilation and cool place. Under the conditions of the intact, 25 °C, KC-838 can store for at least 6 months. Precautions Do not make the KC-838 expose in the air for a long time, and in a timely seal-capping after using. Use before the best cut-off date mark on the label. It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the best until date, should do performance testing to ensure their suitability before using.
