Improving grinding efficiency of ball mill has the following factors: 1. The equipment factors Equipment factors has certain influence on the grinding efficiency.For example, the overflow type ball mill row ore speed is slow, big density ore grain is not easy to discharge, prone to crush phenomenon. In addition, the classifier and grinding mechanism form a closed circuit , when the classification efficiency is low, it is easy to crush, so will reduce the efficiency of grinding technology. 2. The influence of the ore properties Mineral composition and physical properties have a great influence on the efficiency of the grinding technology.For example when useful mineral granularity in the ore is coarser and its structure is soft and brittle, it will be more easily crushed.And when disseminated extent of the useful minerals becomes thin, dense structure and hardness is larger,it will be difficult to grind. In general when coarse grained operates coarse grinding easily, and produces qualified size faster, while the fine grinding is more difficult.As with the decrease of the granularity, the weak surface of the material correspondingly reduces, which means it becomes more and more strong, so production speed of qualified particle is slower. Therefore, grinding technical efficiency of coarse grinding is higher than the fine grinding. 3. The operating factors Operating efficiency factors are sure to influence the grinding technology.For example in the closed-circuit grinding,when sand return ratio is too large and more than the normal through capacity of grinding machine,there will be "coarse" phenomenon in the grinding.While the fact that the sand return ratio is too small or it cannot return sand, is easy to cause a crash phenomenon.And as load is too large, then "coarse" phenomenon in the grinding is serious,while load is insufficient,it has serious crushed. Therefore, grinding requires uniformity and stability feed.When the large or small amount of feed will affect the efficiency of grinding technology. |
