It is insoluble in water, fatty acid and week inorganic acid. But can be dissolved in hot nitric acid, sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid. Basic can dissolve it slightly. It is stable in the air of oxygen, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. As the best white emulsifying agent, it is widely used in the production of enamel, ceramic products, electronic components, electric welding etc. |
