wTraits: white powder, the relative density 3.14; Dilute soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, melting point of 1670℃; Water-soluble, non-soluble in ethanol; Stability in the air; αand β two, in the β heated to 1180℃ can be formed α,α more soluble than β citric acid.
