TOTM is a heat-resisting long lasting plasticizer, used in plastics like polyvinyl chloride, nitrocellulose, ethylcellulose, poly methacrylate plastics. TOTM is close to plasticizers of the DOP kind in its plasticizing efficiency and processing properties, and comparable to in its duration. Due to its low volatility, water-extracting proof, migratory aptitude proof and low temperature proof properties, TOTM can be used in heat-resisting electric wire, cable materials, planet, sheet, - products calling for heat-resisting and long lasting properties. However, its oil-proof property is not so good as polyeater plasticizer, and TOTM is less mixable than DOP.
