UV-P is a benzotriazole type ultraviolet light absorber (UVA), imparting good light stability for plastics and other organic polymers. UV-P protects polymers as well as organic pigments from UV radiation. It helps to preserve the original appearance and physical integrity of engineered plastics, elastomers, PVC, adhesives, and polyurethanes during outdoor weathering.

This product is a high efficient uv absorber, which can effectively absorb 290-400 nm uv light. it is mainly used for PVC, and polypropylene, unsaturated resin, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, PE, ABS resin, epoxy resin, fiber resin, etc.This product almost do not absorb visible light, especially suitable for colorless, transparent and colour products, general dosage is 0.1 to 0.5% in thin products, 0.05 to 0.2% in thick products.This product allows for plastic products that come in direct contact with food.
