Code: SilibaseRA-4112 What Is It: SilibaseRA-4112 Urethane Mold Release Agent is oil-based mold dope for PU filter foam, efficiently added polymer chemicals compounded to meet lubrication and release requirement, has excellent release force and moulding protection, so that it has unique lowest surface tension, sprayed on the mold has good adhesion. Data Sheet of SilibaseRA-4112 Urethane Mold Release Agent: ● Appearance：Colorless Transparent Liquid ● PH value：7.0 ~ 7.3 ● Density：0.98-1.05 g/ml ● Dilution ratio (by weight)：1:20 mix naphtha/n-hexane/gasoline ● Working temperature：30℃-60℃ ● Material content：99.8% Feature: ● Environmental health harmless to human body without bad smell. ● Non-stick mold, excellent release properties and higher release times. ● Improve productivity: Protect the mold from carbon deposition, more than 10,000 release times without white residues and less to clean the mold. ● Product surface is easy to clean, does not affect any after-processing such as painting, varnishing and adhesion.
