Quantity: 2000Metric Tons About the Chlorinated Polyethylene Rubber (CM) Chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) is a kind of polymer material formed by a substitution reaction of chloride by high density polyethylene. Chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) possesses saturated polyethylene chain, so it obtains good resistance to weathering, ozone, chemical corrosion and aging and also good oil resistance, flame retardant and dyeing property. It is a kind of special rubber with high properties and high quality that is widely used in wires and cables (mineral cables and the wires under VDE standard), hydraulic hoses, vehicles hoses, magnetic materials, ABS modification,etc. It can also be blended with other rubbers like EPR, IIR, NBR, CSM, etc. Chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) can also copolymerize and synthetise with acrylonitrile and styrene to be ACS resin, and it possesses natural flame retardant and anti-static properties, using to replace ABS resin, and it can also be used in high level industries like military and aerospace. Chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) can also form CM-PVC copolymer with PVC, and this co-polymer concentrates the advantages of the two kinds of materials, and formulate a new material with higher tensile strength and elongation rate than CM, and higher tenacity than PVC.
