Application: As a sulfonylimide compound, Dibenzenesulfonimide has

its typical physical characteristic, soluble in alkaline solution. It

is used as primary brightener instead of saccharin in plating, it has

better leveling effective and less consumption than saccharin. As a

plating intermediate, dibenzenesulfonimide can use as additive for

nickel plating bath, it can soften and brighten the plated hardware.

BBI can also used as pharmaceutical intermediate.
