When incorporated into polyolefine, it shows high processing stability and no migration.PNPO differs in its mode of action from halogenated flame retardants in the fire. When the polyolefine on exposure to flame, the carbon foam layer formed protects the polymer through its heat insulating effect to reduce further oxygen access and prevent dripping of the polymer. At the same time there are no halogen hydride gases to cause. PNPO don’t contain Anti-dropping agent . Customer need to choose proper anti-dropping agent as required. 2. The twin-screw extruder`s processing temperature should not be too high(below 230 ℃ ). Meanwhile, we should maintain a certain vacuum in order to make the material more stable. 3. Choosing proper filler and control dosage .Normally ,the filler will reduct Flame retardant efficiency. 4. Meeting the standard of IEC60695-2-13 GWIT850℃(2.0mm)and IEC60695-2-12 GWFI 960℃(2.0mm). 5. PNPO can be used for PP ,PE and other Polyolefines. Package & Storage: Net weight 25KG Kraft bag with PE liner. It is not dangerous cargo .You should handle the material according to the instruction described on MSDS. |
