Quantity: 10FCL Price:1000 USD FCL heat resistant radiant tube for continuous annealing line The various radiant tubes made by HEXIN are normally for continuous strip processing furnaces of steel mills, like U shaped, W shaped, P , double P shaped ,customized shape, tube temperatures up to 1250°C, according to the furnace design. Materials two first legs and two first elbows: ZGCr25Ni35Nb, ZGCr28Ni48W5, HK40, HT, HU, HH, 22H, More1, More2, KHR35H two last legs and last elbow: HPNb, ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2 support: GX40Cr25Ni20 flanges: SGC25 Process Legs is centrifugal casted and machined subsequently. Elbows will be made by static casting or precision casting. Support be made by precision casting. Flange will be forged, welded and machined according to relevant drawings. Property characteristic of heat resistance and excellent creep srtength Welding consumables Similar to or higher than base material or as per the buyer's requirements Inspection The most generally used methods of testing given below: Chemical analysis by Spectrometer Mechanical tests in Normal and High temperature. Ultrasonic, X-ray, Dye Penetrant Test. Boroscope; Eddy current testing; Microscope ; Pressure tests. Application 1. heat resistant alloy radiant tubes are mainly used in petrochemical, Metallurgical, steel and heat resistant industries. 2. corrosion resistant alloy radiant tubes are used in pulp and paper, chemical and other petrochemical industries. 3. super-alloys radiant tubes are used in high strength, carburization resistance industry. Working temperature depending on the materials (max 1250°C) Taking energy efficiency and NOx emissions into consideration, the W shaped radiant tube and U shaped RT is more efficient and reliable. At the current energy price level, additional expenses for more efficient radiant tube systems can be recovered in a few years. Including the other advantages, such as increased production, less downtime, temperature uniformity, flame safety and better tube life-time, the payback period for these systems can be reduced considerably. The radiant tubes are made from NiCr alloy tubes, by centrifugal casting/spun casting tube with investment casting elbow, machining the inside holes,hydraulic pressure testing, welding and a series of NDT testling, like PT, RT. To increase the service life of radiant tubes, we select only the 100% new raw material to guarantee the physical properties of the tubes. We can supply complete ready-to-install assemblies according to customer specification.
