1) Amino and ethoxy are used for coupling organic polymer and inorganic filler respectively , and improve the cohesiveness, so the product will have more performance , like: product's mechanical, electrical, water resistant, anti-aging , etc. This product could be applied in phenolic resin which is filled mineral, polyester, epoxy, PBT, polyamide, carbonate ester and other thermoplastic and thermosetting resin, after used this product, it could improve bending strength and compressive strength and shear strength and other physical and mechanical properties and electrical performance whether the plastic in dry or wet condition, , wet state and other, and also improve the filler’s wettability and dispersion in the polymer. When used in the sand casting of resin, it can strengthen the adhesion, improve profile sand strength and antiwetting property. In the production of glass fibre cotton and mineral cotton, add this product into phenolic resin adhesive, it can improve moisture proof property and strengthen compression elastic resilience.
2) It is an excellent adhesion promoters,which could be used in polyamide, epoxy, nitrile, Phenolic adhesive and sealed material to improve the dispersion of pigment and the adhesiveness of glass, aluminum, iron. It’s also applicable for latex coating of polyamide, epoxy and acrylic acid type.
3) It can be used to produce amino silicone oil and latex.
