  Properties: This product does not dissolve in water, the water solubility of the products 0.45% (25 ℃). Soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons & aromatic solvent, & PVC, vinyl chloride - vinyl acetate copolymer, PE alcohol butyral, cellulose nitrate, B cellulose-based, PS, such as chlorinated rubber has very good compatibility.

  
  Uses: DPGDB is a special kind of environment-friendly plasticizer
  This product completely passed the authentications of the EU , USA and Japan, can replace DINP, DIDP, DNOP, DBP & BBP, is an excellent solvent of PVC resin, can be used in a wide variety of soft PVC, such as flooring, wallpaper, fiber coating, film & sheet. in the polyvinyl acetate adhesive resin, the materials provide a good initial viscosity, viscosity stability & products to enhance the wet adhesion, and speed up the rate of solid stem to allow the regulation of open time & improve adhesive coating to extend the Properties. of the goods & a variety of resin has a good miscibility, including polysulfide rubber, polyurethane, ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), can be cast polyurethane, acrylic resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, styrene - butadiene rubber (SBR), ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate butyl ester.

   

  DEDB can work with DPGDB and became one kind of special environment-friendly main plasticizer with strong solubility; it is applicable to a variety of resin systems, is Non-phthalate plasticizer type fast plasticizer; compared to common phthalate dialkyl esters of plasticizer, it can significantly improve the gel Properties & Foaming Properties. Especially recommended for polyvinyl acetate (PVA) & water-based adhesives, to accelerate the speed of solid stem to extend the open time, enhance the adhesion & softness. Santicizer 9120 also apply to fillers adhesives, hot melt adhesives & coatings. Santicizer 9120 & a variety of resin has a good miscibility, including: PVC, polysulfide rubber, polyurethane, EVA, acrylic resin, ethyl cellulose, butyl ester cellulose acetate.

   

  Product can be used as plasticizer of PVC, polyvinyl acetate & polyurethane resin,and so on; With the features as strong solvents, good compatibility, small volatility, durability, oil resistance & resistant to pollution, it is commonly used in high - filled PVC flooring materials & extrusion plastic to improve processability, lower processing temperature, and shorten the processing cycle. This product is used for non-filled film, sheet & tube,with good transparency and surface glossiness.
