Physicochemical Property:
Dissolvability: soluble in ethanol and diethyl ether, insoluble in water. At present, use G salt (7-hydroxy-1, 3-naphthalenedisulfonic acid, dipotassium salt) as raw material, through ammonization, alkali fusion, acidification to get.
Appearance is grayish paste or powder, γ acid content is >55%.
Raw material consumption quota: G salt ( 100% basis) 1520kg/t, sulfuricacid (99%) 1850kg/t, caustic soda ( 100% basis) 1200kg/t, sulfur dioxid（ industrial products）330kg/t, ammonia（99%）485kg/t.
Application: Mainly used for Azo dye intermediates, manufacturing activity and the direct dyes. Used in Direct diazotization black BH, Direct dark brown M, Direct red GB, Direct red F, Direct N and Direct Grey etc.
Package: 25 kg/bag ( pp woven bag with inner plastic) or as the customers’ requirement.
