  2. Description:
  
  Glycine is an organic compound with a formula NH2CH2COOH. It has Hydrogen as its substituent in its side-chain. Glycine is the smallest out of those 20 amino acids usually found in proteins. Glycine is a colorless, sweet-tasting crystalline solid. It is unique among proteinogenic amino acids. But it has no chiral features. It can be exposed to hydrophilic or hydrophobic environments, because of its minimal side chain which has only one hydrogen atom in it.
  
  3.Applications:
  
  A.Glycine Technical It is used as intermediate for Thiamphenicol (a key raw material foe herbicide) and Glyphosate (an assistant agent for dichloride benzene ether).
  
  B.Glycine Feed Grade It is used as an inductor and nutrition in feed additives
  
  C. Glycine Food Grade It is used as a flavor or sweetener and antiseptic agent (or also in combination with L-glutamate, DL alannine, ctric). It can be used as an additive for preparation of seasons, soft beverage, salted vegetables so that they can retain their color and improve a source of sweetness in that and restraining the propagation from pollinosis bacilli and coliform. - Another Use of Glycine food grade is that it can be used as a stabilizer for vitamin C.
  
  D.Glycine Pharma Grade It is used in Amino Acid injection solution as nutritional infusion, as a buffering agent for Aureomycin, as a raw material for making L-Dopa cepholosporin cosmetics and amino acid. It can be used as an additive for some medicines, such as for flesh fall into a decline, untrue hypertrophy flesh cacotrophia, and neuropathic acid stomach.
