Detailed Description:
Cas No. :3033-62-3
A-1 is a tertiary amine which has a strong influence on the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction in flexible and rigid polyurethane foams. It consists of 70% bis(2-Dimethylaminoethyl) ether diluted with 30% dipropylene glycol.
NT CAT A-1 is a strong blowing catalyst that can be used in a wide range of polyurethane foams, including flexible molded, semi-flexible, polyether slabstock and low-density spray foams.
It has a strong catalytic effect on the blowing reaction and can be balanced by the addition of a strong gelling catalyst such as Crystalline or 33-LV catalysts.
