  This product, adopted the imported high-grade fatty acids, is the high stability of fatty acid-ammonium water dispersion through saponification process, it can be dispersed in any proportion of the water-based system, can effectively reduce the surface tension of aqueous systems, in water-based foam system, it is Foam Stabilizer, foam stabilizing effect is very good. It is a foam stabilizer, emulsifier and lubricant for Foam Dyeing, Foaming Coating and Foam Flocking.

  Application methods:
  
  1. In high-shear mixing equipment, this product can be mixed with water-based systems directly.
  2. Amount: usually refer to the amount of water-based system of 15-20% of the total.
  3. Actual amount: depends on the result of the customer’s own test use under customer’s conditions.
  
  Packaging and Storage:
  
  The products are stored in 150kg/plastic drum, 200kg/plastic drum or 1000kg/IBC drum. The products should be stored in ventilated and dry rooms at 5-35℃ and avoid direct sunshine and rain. The shelf-life is 6 months since it is packed.
