  Cas No. :120-78-5 Chemical Name: 2,2'-dithio dibenzothiazyl, English name: 2,2'-dibenzothiazoledisulfde,Accelerator (DM). Recrystallized from benzene product as a pale yellow powder (particles) slightly bitter, relative density 1.50, melting point 180 ℃, at room temperature, slightly soluble in benzene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, ethanol, ethyl ether, insoluble in water and ethyl acetate, and a base gasoline. It can be used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, tape, tape, general industrial rubber products. Nontoxic. Storage stability.
  Applications:
  
  This product is natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber universal accelerator in the rubber compound easily dispersed, do not pollute. Vulcanized rubber excellent resistance to aging, but articles in contact with vulcanized rubber tend to have a bitter taste, it does not apply to food contact rubber products. It can be used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, tape, tape, general industrial rubber products.
  This product usually with thiuram, dithiocarbamate salts, silica, guanidine accelerators and used to improve the activity, to be with zinc oxide and stearic acid. Typically the amount of 1-2 parts.
  Attentions:
  
  Low toxicity, skin and mucous membrane irritation, dermatitis and difficult to treat skin ulcers, and sensitization. The operator must wear labor protection products, to avoid direct contact with the human body.
