Environmental-friendly Fast Accelerator

Safe, environmentally friendly, producing no nitrosamines, no staining, no blooming and low cost.
Perform well in NR and EPDM, over dosage won’t cause blooming.
Non-amine based structure, can be used in non-N-nitrosamine generating cure systems, substituting TMTD.
Make rubber product with good thermal-aging resistance and curing reversion resistance.
Application:

SPchem ZBPD can be used in NR and EPDM at levels of 1.0 to 4.0 phr (based on pdr-75%) as a secondary accelerator in combinations with sulfenamides, thiazoles and thiurams.

When used in NR to improve reversion resistance, care must be taken to select the proper dosage to obtain the best compromise between scorch and reversion resistance.
