Application Properties:
1. It is specially used for the color fixing process of fabric as nylon, wool, silk and leather which dyed by anionic dyes (acid dye and metal complex dye). Fabric properties are greatly improved, such as soaping washing fastness, washing fastness, perspiration fastness, chlorine fastness.
2. little effect on color shade and hand feel of fabric.
3. good resistance to acid
Use Instruction and Recommended Dosage:
Use tap water to dilute it under room temperature. The normal ratio 1:2-2.5 or adjusted according to the customers' quality requirements.
For application in acid dyeing or metal complex dyeing:
light color: 1-2% o.w.f
Neutral color: 2-3% o.w.f
deep color: 3-4% o.w.f
PH modified by acetic acid to: 4.0-4.5
Bath ratio : 1:15-20
Temp.& Time: 80℃×20min
