• Detailed Description:

  A highly alloyed austenitic stainlesssteel offering resistance to a variety of corrosive media. By virtue of itscontents of chromium and molybdenum, the alloy offers resistance to bothoxidizing and reducing acids and salts. The presence of copper increases itsresistance to sulphuric acid. Used in the chemical and petrochemical processingindustry. Alloy tubes are cold worked to high strength levels for downholeservice in moderately corrosive deep sour gas wells.
