  Aluminum foil EPE cushion material mainly protects items from electro-static, moisture, UV, collision etc during packing process, storage and long term transportation in many industries, esp. ideal for optical devices, fragile electronic components, sensitive semiconductors, connectors, screens, cosmetics and so on.
  Material Structure:
  Standard raw material roll film consists of four layers, EPE inner layer, Polyethylene layer, Aluminum foil layer, Polyester outer layer.   Features:
  1. Excellent moisture barrier and collision resistance property ensure packed items more stable and safer in complex environment along with its ESD and anti-UV performance;
  2. Light weight and heat sealable in opening. During sealing after bag packing process, the sealing time is recommended 4-5 seconds better for ensuring PE material is melt strongly.
  3. Lower cost and working efficiency rising compared with traditional cushion protection packing way.
  4. This item is perfect composition of moisture barrier bag and EPE cushion material. Traditional packing way with cushion protection is usually divided into two or three packing processes with different functional material, which will cause lower working efficiency.
  5. ESD protection can be made in both inner and outer surfaces;
  6. All raw materials used are RoHS compliant and Halogen free etc.
  Storage:
  This product is better to be stored in dry and cool condition with air. The storage condition is better at 40℃ max (20-25℃ best) and 40-70% RH. It should avoid water, high temperature and humidity, as well as direct sunshine;
