  2.2.1 Brief Introduction
  Mailang Animal Sperm Analyser is a professional animal sperm analyser which is the only one concentrated on animals’ figur features of different species in China. We apply the High Phase Contrast Sperm Optical Image Lingting Device and our patented Computer Asisted Sperm(CASA) Counting Chamber, it has beend widely used by the domestic scientific research institute, animal research institute, livestock beeding base, medicine and toxcity research institute ,etc.
  
  Technical Characteristics
  Nowadays, our company is the exclusive domestic company which can provide softwares of different species analysis. Many sperm analyzer like the Spanish or American made is a univeral instrument, it isn’t aimed at the specific species. And now in China the human sperm analysis products are used to most animal sperm analysis, but different animal have different sperms features. The computer assisted analysis of humanbeing sperm only uses the image recognition skill of gray level method and threshold segmentation which cannot correctly recognize or analyse the animal sperm’s morphology of head cavity, translucency, strip and other forms. The accurate recognition and analysis of the animal sperm can be applied only after the image operating method is established according to the different sperms’mathematical mode. Meanwhile, many animal sperm are showed the state of head cavit and translucency under normal optical lighting, the Mailang Animal Sperm Analyser is developped for different animal sperm’s high-definition,high-contrast optical image and lighting device to ensure the accuracy of the image recognition and analysis.
  
  1.Automatically numbering and counting for sperm: after recognizing the sperms’mathematical form, the fully automatic sperm analyser will number each sperm itself. Each sperm will get a particular code, and it will be followed up tracing its trajectory by green line to get more accurate motion parameters and statistical parameters.
  
  2.This software system adopts automatic recognition mode and accurate identification mode, it is the advanced technology in China which can improve the test accuracy.

  Performance
  1.Test items: sperm density, sperm viability,sperm motion trajectory, distribution of sperm movement, total quantity of sperms and other more than 30 items. In the report, the path velocity(VAP), the curvilinear velocity(VCL) and straight line velocity(VSL) all of them will have the variance parameters; automatically judge whether there is no sperm and dead sperm, meet the standard of WTO and KRUGE.
