Description
Artemisia annua was used by Chinese herbalists in ancient times to treat fever (not specifically malaria) and many other ills including malaria.
Artemisinin extract has been used for centuries to kill parasites, particularly worms and flukes.
Artemisinin has also proven itself as a safe and effective treatment for malaria in over two million patients.
