Chemical Name: Bis-Citric acid diethyl ester n-propanolate zirconium chelate
CAS No.: 22830-18-8
Structure:
Corresponding other producers name: Dupont Tyzor ZEC
Product appearance: Light yellowish liquid
Application:
HW-919 is relatively stable at room temperature, which makes it a good choice for printing ink applications maintain the ink system stable during storage. When temperature rises, the chelate ring is opened and reactive zirconate ester is generated that can react with reactive sites of resins and / or substrate surface, such as -OH, -COOH, -NH2, -CONH2, -SH. This crosslinking reaction helps ink to give better heat resistance, chemicals and water resistance dry properties plus better adhesion to the substrate.
Packing: Packed with 5L, 20L, 210L plastic/steel drum or 1000L IBC container, also can be packed according to customers requirement.
Storage: Seal and store it in a cool, dry and ventilated place, keep moisture-proof and waterproof, far away from kindling material and heat source.
