Detailed Description:
Vacuum residue after heat exchanged with feedstock oil, it enters in to oxidation tower. As air is blowing from the bottom of oxidation tower, vacuum residue in the tower is oxidizing reacting with air. Fresh water is sprayed from the top of oxidation tower to control the temperature of gaseous phase temperature not higher than 160 c.
Tail gas from the top of oxidation tower will flow in to a saturator, tail gas contact with water and cooled down to have the dirty oil separated away from gas. The residual gas discharged from the top of saturator will flow in to water sealed tank. And residual gas discharged from the top of water sealed tank will be sent to residual gas incinerator, which will be discharged to air after burnt in a incinerator. The heat energy produced from tail gas can be used for heating up of the feedstock oil before entering in to vacuum tower.
