  1. Brief Introduction

  The flow agent CM506 is a Homopolymer of Buty1 Acrylate (BuA) abosorbed on silica (SiO2). The CM506A is a super fine and dispersal Homopolymer of Buty1 Acrylate (BuA) abosorbed on silica (sio2). Both can be applicable to any powder coating systems. CM506A especially good to the transparent powder coating, improving its surface of powder coating..

  3. Advantage:

  ①     It can reduce the extend of the film and eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively. CM506A especially effect on improving the gloss of the film.

  ②      It is a Homopolymer of Buty1 Acrylate (BuA) abosorbed on silica (SiO2) leveling agent.

  ③     It don’t contain silicon and ketone, have no interference to the adhesion of the powder coating.

  ④    CM506, CM506A don’t contain CM701.

  ⑤     CM506 and CM506A can be added directly with other component and extruded.

  ⑥     The dosage of CM506and CM506A in formulation is about 0.5~1.5%wt, based on total coating.

  4.Storage:

  Keep in the cool and dry place, far away from fire.

  5.Package:

  Packing with PE bag lined fiber drums, Net weight 20kg per carton drum.

  6 .Warming
