Character: Light yellow needle crystal. Melting point 259-263 ℃ (decomposition), also reported to 275-277 ℃ and 287-288 ℃. Slightly soluble in ethanol, chloroform, insoluble in water. And the acid can not form a stable salt, and sodium hydroxide solution heated reaction produces sodium and water soluble. Sodium salt solution with a blue fluorescent yellow clarity.

Usage: antineoplastic pharmaceutical. For gastric cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer, tumor type cylinder head and neck cancer and bladder cancer. For the treatment of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, chronic myeloid and acute leukemia.
