1. It is mainly used to produce caprolactam resin, caprolactam fiber and artificial leather.
2. Used as a pharmaceutical raw material for the synthesis of several drugs, including pententetrazole, methylheptazine alcohol and lauryl urea.
3. Caprolactam is mostly used in the production of polycaprolactam, which is about 90% used in the production of synthetic fibers and 10% used as plastics.
