  A4: Before production, we test the quality of raw material and use stable quality raw material to produce carbon black,during production process, we test its quality every 2 hours, that is to say we test the produce 12 time per 24 hours, and will do final lab test before delivering the cargo to clients.

  A5: Generally speaking, we will recommend suitable products after knowing clients' applications, then send samples via express such as TNT, DHL, FEDEX to clients directly.

  A6: Our common package options are 10kg paper bag for powder form carbon black, 20kg paper bag for beads form, design for bags according to clients requirements are available.
