  1.Product Description
  Cast iron fines briquette machine is used for making coal fines, coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore fines, phophorus gypsum powder and other materials into briquettes. These briquettes can be designed of oval shape, round ball shape, oblateness, elongated shape, square shape, egg shape etc. This machine is widely used in coal industry and metallurgy industry.
  
  2.Product Processing
  
  1)The raw material which has a good deal of moisture will be dried by the rotary dryer.
  2) If there are several mixed kinds of materials, the materials will be reasonable distributed by the electrical dosing machine.
  3) Then we will crush and mix materials with binder by crusher and double shaft mixer.
  4)The mixed materials will be conveyed to increasing density machine through belt conveyor.
  5)After that, we can use the briquette machine to make briquettes.
  6)At the end of, final briquettes should be dried by vertical dryer or chain plate dryer or mesh belt dryer.
  7)The whole production line could be designed according to customer's demand.
