  produce rubber tackifying resin, modifier for surface active phenolic resin and
  epoxy resin, ultraviolet absorbent for diesel oil, cationic polymerizer, PVC
  stabilizer, plasticizer and so on, and can also used as intermediate in the
  organic synthesis to produce 4-tert-octylphenol, isononylphenol and so
  on.
