It is a non-ionic Surfactant , Soluble in water easily, can work with other Surfactants, with good resistance to acid, alkali and hard water, good dispersion and emulsifying capacity. Mainly used in wool/acrylic blending fabrics, or Anti-precipitant of acid dye and cationic dyes, also as strong dispersant
