  2.Chemical composition:
  C:≤ 0.14 Mn:≤1.6　 S :≤0.02 P :≤0.03 Si :≤ 0.5 N:≤ 0.01 Al:≤0.02
  Nb:≤ 0.05 V:≤0.1 Ti:≤ 0.05 Cr:≤0.3 Ni:≤ 0.5 Mo:≤ 0.1 Cu:≤0.55
  Ce:≥ 0.32
  3. Mechanical properties:
  Yield Strength σ0.2(MPa):
  ≥ 355(thickness under 16mm);
