Elasticity series : non-phosphorus elastic reinforcing agent, the smallest amount of the agent can significantly enhance elasticity and texture of the product.
Elasticity Good (EG) for fish ball: promote elasticity and texture of surimi products such as fish ball and fish bean-curd etc.
Elasticity Good (EG) for meat ball: promote elasticity and texture of comminuted meat such as meat ball and sausage etc.
Elasticity Good (EG)for frozen surimi product:promote elasticity of frozen surimi, amount of 0.1~0.3% can reinforce elasticity 150~250.
