  SUMMARY
  Xylanase is non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) enzyme, which can reduce viscosity of chyme. It can be used in animal feed to decompose xylan to change viscosity of intestinal tracts, reduce negative effects to utilization and absorption of nutrient which made by chyme viscosity to improve feed utilization.
  UNIT DEFINITATION (U/g): (GB/T23874-2009)
  One Xylanase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose per minute from 5mg/mL substrate solution (Oat Xylan), at 37°C and at pH 5.5 under the conditions of the test.
