As a third monomer, it can get copolymer of EPDM with ethylene and propylene.Obtained vulcanized rubber’s speed is faster than any other third monomer, and it can be overcome the shortcoming of EPDM’s slow Sulfide. It also has ozone resistant; resistant to chemicals (solvents; acid; alkali, etc.); resistant discharge; resistant properties of water vapor, etc. Therefore, it can be used as a rubber around engine; waterproof sheet materials such as plastics and the impact resistance of the modified material.
