  Emergency Shower
  (1) Size:
  1.1 Total height2325mm ± 5%.
  1.2 shower Height: to 2100mm ± 5%.
  1.3 eyewash Height: to 1030mm ± 5%.
  (2) diameter:
  2.1 inlet and outlet pipe : Material:304 stainless steel, diameter 11/4 "(inches).
  (3) shower :
  3.1 inlet pipe: Material:304 stainless steel, diameter 3/4 "(inches).
  3.2 Switch: SUS 304 ball valve switch.
  3.3 Rod: Material 304 stainless steel, thickness 6mm, one-way pull ring.
  3.4 shower head:Outner plate :T 1mm ,SUS304 polishedDiameter: 260mmInner plate : T1.2mm SUS304 ,surface punched 800holes to enhance spraying with foam insdie to filter debries in the water to avoid second injured.
  (4) eyewash:
  4.1 inlet pipe:Stainless steel 304, diameter 1/2 "(inches).
  4.2 swith : SUS304 ball valve switch. Manual pulling in SUS304,T2.4mm together with instructions label. (Pedal T2.0mm stainless steel 304. Pedal with the spring can switch off the water).
  4.3 eyewash plate: T1.0mm, stainless steel 304, polished, diameter 305mm.
  4.4 Spray head: PC molding with foam filter and a dust-proof cover. During using the dust-proof cover will be opened by water meanwhile reduce the high pressure suddenly to prevent eye injury.
  (5) . bottom plate:T5 mm, stainless steel 304, polished. Diameter 225mm.
  (6) .Accessories:
  6.1. Signs: T1.0mm stainless stee with stickers, size 280mm * 200mm.
  6.2 brackets: T2.4mm ,stainless steel,adjustable
  6.3 expansion screws: stainless steel material, diameter 5/16 "(inches),3 pcs.General
  7.1 Water pressure: 2kg/cm2.
  7.2 Welding: except ball valve dot welding , others are full welding.
  7.3 Assembly: joint knot in sus304. Easy assembly.
  7.4 water pressure resistance : 5kg/cm2 (or more) without leakage.
